Weighbridge Software
The software supports seamless hardware integration,
including connection of up to 4 IP cameras via RTSP
protocol, weighing indicators through COM or Ethernet ports,
and a recommended remote or jumbo display directly to the
software. It also provides SMS online gateways to deliver
weighment tickets via SMS, along with auto-email of daily
and weekly reports.
Comprehensive master record management is available,
covering vehicle, customer, supplier, user, and field
masters, with the flexibility to add custom fields such as
source, destination, challan number, driver name, and mobile
number. User accounts can be created with individual
usernames, passwords, and permission attributes, ensuring
secure and controlled access across the system.
On the reporting side, reports can be filtered using various
field data parameters and exported to Excel, emailed
directly from the software, or printed and converted to PDF
in both full and summary formats. Weighment ticket designs
can be customised in up to 9 formats using Crystal Report,
and tickets can be reprinted directly from the report
section, along with captured camera images for each
weighment record. The software operates on a soft-key
licence, offering customers lifetime independence with a
user-friendly interface.
